Meet Your Coach
Mike Chang is a world-class Body and Mind Coach, Former Bodybuilder, Entrepreneur and Creator of Flow Training Method.
With his previous company, he build one of the largest fitness following on YouTube. He transformed the lives of millions of people across the world with his simple approach to training and nutrition, and his pure passion for helping others succeed.
At the peak of his career, Mike started to experience extreme mental and emotional stress, severe physical injury to his lower back that nearly stopped his ability to work.
