B.R.E.A.T.H.E. Training Principles

The B.R.E.A.T.H.E. training principles consist of 7 ancient teachings that can be applied to all aspects of your life. These principles will help you enter into a state of flow and improve the health of your body and mind and bring upon more inner peace and freedom for you to be yourself. In the Flowtribe training group, you will first become familiar with them by practicing each principle during your workouts. Over a short period of time, you will find these principles pouring into your daily life as well. These principles are as followed:

Breath with movement and rhythm: By synchronizing your breath with the rhythm of your movement, you create a balance in your body by harmonizing your inhales and exhale breaths. Doing this will increase your level of presence and can also help you enter into flow-state consciousness.

Repetition creates mastery: Learn how to imprint into your mind and body by following the principle of repetition.  Soon your workouts and daily positive habits will run on autopilot allowing your body to know how to perform an action better than your mind.

Effort max 70%: When you apply the 70% principle, you create a positive association to your workouts allowing you to be more consistent, enjoy your new daily growth habits, and get more results in less time.

Always calm and relax: Teaching your body how to become calm and relax is one of the most beneficial things you can do for body and mind health. When you are stressed, worried, and frustrated, your body tenses up unconsciously activating your fight or flight response.  Practicing this principle will put your body back into a natural state of calm, relaxation, and ease which will allow your mind to be the same.

Total focus: Where your eyes go, your attention follows, and your energy flows. We practice training our ability to take back control of our attention and focus it on areas of life that are most beneficial.

Have no judgment: Judging someone or something doesn’t allow us to see what is really there and limits the infinite possibilities of good that can come. When we learn how to let go of judgment and our own opinions, our life expands allowing things to be better than we can ever imagine them to be.

Expand Your Limitations: The more we expand our limitations, the more alive and free we feel. We become open again to life and develop a fearlessness to explore more in our own self-expression and connect deeper to everyone and everything around us.
