Flow Practice is a part of the Flow Training Method and is a physical practice consisting of 4 parts to enhance the total well being of your body along with putting you in a calm and relaxed state.
As a member, you will have daily and weekly physical and mental practices designed to get the body to let go and release these emotions by training the body to be in a calm and relaxed state ,preventing new stress and trauma from accumulating, and let go of old belief systems that support fear and stress. FlowTribe is the only place where you will be training using the Flow Training Method. No other training system that currently exists trains the body and mind with this approach. Flow Training Method is the next level in personal development and fitness training.
You don’t need any equipment. All moves are done with your own bodyweight. You can increase the difficulty of a few exercises by using a pull bar or 2 chairs but it's not required. This workout allows you to constantly challenge yourself with your bodyweight alone.
Yes absolutely. More often, you will find your practices in FlowTribe to be complementary and may increase the results of any mind set or transformational course you may currently be taking. The reason is because when your body is functioning more in harmony and at ease, all the capabilities of your mind will increase. Learning abilities, memory, clarity, focus and deeper understanding will improve helping you with any other course you might be taking.
Yes you can. Many practices will be mental practices and will require no physical training. Others will be practices like breathing or meditation that will use little physical effort. For the flow practice, you may not be able to do all the moves, but that’s ok. Perform the moves that are comfortable for you to do and simply modify or rest during moves that you cannot perform. There will always be a way for you to progress no matter what physical challenges you currently face.
Definitely. We will be training the body to build lean muscle, strength and athleticism by using your body weight. You’ll also build endurance, flexibility, cardio, balance, and agility.
Absolutely. All the moves in your Flow Practice are simple to learn and don't require any background in other practices. Even if you are a beginner in fitness, you will still find the exercises easy to start.
You will feel the difference in your body just after your first practice. A feeling of relaxation, calmness, and general ease. Physical changes in your body will be noticeable within 2 weeks of starting your training. Emotional and mental states will differ within each person. It’s common to notice subtle emotional changes within the first week with consistent practice. Remember, the more consistent you are at your practice, the faster your results will come and be maintained.
Doing the Flow Practice will work your entire body like a workout program and so much more. You will get results like a workout program; build muscle, lose fat, gain endurance, flexibility, and increase your range of motion and mobility. On top of that, you will train your mind to let go of limited beliefs, stop mind chatter, and get into a state of inner peace.
It’s entirely up to you and how much time you have available. You can spend an hour a day or an hour a week. I recommend spending at least 7 min a day for your practice. Some weeks you will have more time and energy towards your personal development and other times, you’ll find yourself doing the bare minimum. Building a habit of doing a daily morning practice for yourself is one of the best things a person can do for their personal self care. Even if you only did a 7 minute practice everyday, you will see results.

Yes you can. You can skip or modify some moves in practice so you don’t have to train the same muscles that you worked on already. There also mindset practices every week to train on as well.
No it is not a meditation course. There is an active meditation and sitting meditation done as part of the practice along with other exercises. One of the main benefits in FlowTribe is to help a person silent their mind, and focus their thoughts. Unlike traditional meditation where the primary practice is a sitting or laying meditation, in FlowTribe, you will be doing different practices to achieve a meditative state that can be maintained doing everyday activities.
Yes, we will be discussing in detail about proper nutrition for building muscle, losing weight, and creating a healthy body. Instead of following current diet trends and fads, we focus on helping our members build a new eating habit that is sustainable for their current lifestyle. In truth, there is not one diet that is “better” for another and all depends on ones goals and preferences. We will be discussing diet topics very often because it’s an important factor for creating optimal health in the body and peace in the mind.
When your body learns how to let go of stress and fear, it will be something that will stay with you as long as you continue to practice the technique of letting go. However, anything you learn in life, if you don’t practice something, your skills will decrease with time. Just like you take a shower everyday so the outside of you can be clean, you also do your Flow Practice everyday so the inside of you can be clean also.

Flow State is an altered state of consciousness where a person’s performance and ability to do anything is greatly enhanced. Flow Training Method is a training method that teaches a person how to let go of stress and fear, still their mind, and connect to their body. When a person masters their Flow Practice, they can enter Flow State during their daily practice. This will require a lot of dedication and daily consistent practice.
